Mr. Shaffer contacted me and said that I owed money for a payday loan. He reduced it down to 689.50 from $4000. something. He pressured me into sending something in two hours or I would be arrested at my place of employment tomorrow. I googled this company and cannot find anything official for this company..

They continue to call even after being asked to stop

They are a collection agency, call and find out who they want.. if its a wrong phone# let them know, I called back and paid, I had an outstanding balance for a bill sent after my change of address, i didnt let my dr office know so it had been assigned to them.

These ridiculous people call and tell me they are extremely gay and racist; they also offer to settle ANY debt if I will send them used underwear, the stankier the better. Pinnacle Financial are soulless debt collectors that lie and harass whilst constantly jerking each other off in their cubicles. They call about 5 times a week!!!!

Call me and say they are going to send me some papers to the clerks office......... They call me at work and they are getting me in trouble because we are not to get personal phone calls unless an emergency!!
